Before we ever shipped a subscription box, we spent years fitting suits, matching ties to shirts, and learning why some combinations look effortless while others look accidental.
We built Our Box Life because the boxes we tried felt optimized for shipping volume, not for how the clothes actually looked together once they arrived. This is closer to what a good clothier already does in person — delivered, priced honestly, and designed to get better with every box.

What does pledging actually commit me to?
Nothing binding. A pledge records interest in a tier and cadence. The Founding tier’s $99 deposit is fully refundable before launch.
Who actually picks what is in my box?
A wardrobe architect on staff. The styling engine suggests pairings based on real colour relationships, but a person makes the final call and explains each piece.
Is there a spending limit per box?
Yes. Every tier has a hard value ceiling for included pieces. Anything above that line is offered as a clearly priced, optional extra — never bundled in silently.
Can I pause, change tiers, or cancel?
Yes. Pause for one to three months, change tiers with prorated billing, or cancel from your account without a phone call.
What happens when something does not fit?
Tell us in your delivery feedback. Sizing corrections carry directly into the next box, and your style profile can be updated any time.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can request deletion from the Privacy page. Personal account data is anonymized after a 30-day grace window; required financial records are retained without personal information.
